Most jobs need a slide, not a gallery show. Image models are useful for a diagram vibe, a header texture, an icon-ish scene. They are bad at your real office, your real logo, and fingers.
Aside. The robot does not get your badge. Your manager still reads the email with your name on it.
A prompt that is not a novel
Subject: [what must be recognizable].
Setting: [simple].
Style: flat illustration, no photoreal faces.
Do not include: readable logos, real employee likeness, text in the image.

If you need accurate text on the image, put the text in PowerPoint. Models still spell like they are guessing.
When not to generate
- A photo of a named person
- A “customer using the product” that never happened
- Packaging that must match legal artwork
- Anything you will print as if it were a photograph of an event
Try this today
Make one header for an internal deck. Look at the hands and the letters. If it is weird, use a solid color and a real screenshot. Screenshots do not hallucinate your product.
