- The cost of a wrong sentence is legal, medical, safety, or someone’s job
- There is no source of truth to check
- You will do this once and the setup is longer than the task
- The work is the relationship (the apology, the negotiation, the no)
Drafting a condolence email and sending the first output is how you become a story people tell.
